Comes in new and sealed condition.  There is some shelf wear on the packaging and some small tears along the edges of the seal(see pics).  Box measures 15" from top to bottom x 11" from side to side and is about 1.75" from front to back.  Per the seal/sticker on the front "The final release of this original masterpiece! .99 suggested retail price".  Box set contains the following:
