Generally speaking, a normal sized man will choose the 55mm or medium size. Larger men and men with more round heads wil usually find the 57mm-58mm or Large size fits best.
Small men and women will generally need the 52mm size.

Ranger Classic Prescription Shooting Frame Only (No Lenses Included!)
TheOur first shooting frame, the Ranger Classic set the standard for safety, comfort, and target enhancement. This high-tech alloy frame with dual-action spring temples is made for all day comfort and maximum coverage and durability.
Features include:
Includes plastic insert lens for prescription measurements;
Reduced distance between lenses for better visibility;
Offset, adjustable nose pads to prevent fogging;
Cable temples with comfort-fit covers;
14 interchangeable NexPC™ lenses* produced by Carl Zeiss Vision;
Lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear
Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all solder joints on the frame and one year manufacturer’s defect warranty on the lenses;
Package includes RANGER CLASSIC frame, maintenance kit, cleaning cloth, and semi-rigid nylon carrying case with storage for up to three lenses.
