Ashford Jumbo Super Flyer Unit Kit with 4 Bobbins Spinning

This is an item found in a weaver/spinners estate.
I don't know much about it so please view the photos.
In "like new" used condition. It was found in the
box pictured that says Ashford Jumbo Flyer, but it looks
as though there are more than just that. There are
3 jumbo bobbins and one smaller. Jumbos are 4 3/8".
The base it sits on is 11 1/2" wide and 3 1/4" across.
There is a bag full of screws, washers, cords and stuff.
