1800s Raphael Tuck "With Hearty Greetings" Victorian Antique Booklet, H Burnside

This is an excellent condition, late-1800s greetings booklet printed by Raphael Tuck & Sons. It is titled "
With Hearty Greetings
" and looks to be a poem by Helen Marion Burnside. The booklet is die-cut with a beautiful lithographed front cover. The flowers and text on the front are embossed. The booklet has 14 pages not including the covers. It has the original string that holds them all together. On the first page it reads "
To Amy J. Brown, From Anna L. Woody.
" Inside the book there are a few lithographed images on a few pages. Measures 3.75" x 5.5".
